Seinfeld - The Lost Episode

I found this video on The Zwickers Blog. it's really funny.
Just so you know, it has clips of the Kramer incedent, and so there is some language and racial slurs

Winnie the Pooh

I was reading Jonah one of his Winnie the Pooh books, it was a nice tale of Winnie helping Eeyore find a nice warm bed in the middle of the winter. A nice tale, but someone should tell Christopher Robin that bears hibernate in the winter

Franklin Cider Mill

The plan was for Nat, Jonah my bro and sis-in law and one of their kids and my Aunt from Arizona and some friends were going to the Cider Mill this morning, and I was going to play football.

Then last night I received the bad news, there was no football game, and I was going to buy apple juice, I mean apple Cider. I really don't get the draw of the cider mill, They weren't making the cider when we were there, so Nat said that did take away the interesting part.

But even with the press, why do I want to see them make my drink, I don't go to a slaughter house before I buy a steak, and I don't go and watch apple juice being made. Although I have gone to two beer factories and watched them make beer.

Play Doh

I've been playing with Play - Doh a lot lately, and I've come to realize a few things about it. Firstly, it's really boring. It's not goal oriented like Lego, you just mush it up, maybe make some shapes or snakes, and then that's it.

Secondly, you can't really mix the colors or you end up with brown sludge. And you can't really avoid mixing the colors, if you do anything they will get jumbled. I assume they created it this way on purpose, so you always need to buy more packages of the Doh.

Drivers License

If one were to get caught speeding and he/she forgot to bring his license, what would happen?

I don't think it would be a big deal, probably have a few days to present your license. Nat thinks it's a bigger deal than that.

College Football

I was watching the halftime show of the USC - Cal game and they were talking about the chances of a UM - OSU, or who could pass UM at #2. One of the analysts said that if Norte Dame beats USC next week they should pass the wolverine. I don't know much about college football, but from hat I gather from their non playoff system, and the importance of every game, how can the Irish, who got pummeled in South Bend by UM, pass them in the rankings? Is it just because they are Norte Dame and believe in Touchdown Jesus?

I don't know if their should be a rematch from today's game, but the reason given by these ABC guys didn't make sense. The question they brought up was "What happens if Michigan beats OSU, should they split the national Championship" To me that question makes no sense. This isn't a series that one team has to win the best of 3. The Tigers beat the Cardinals 3 times in the regular season, so according to this logic, they should have won the World Series, or if an NFL team plays a final regular season game, and then meets that team in the playoffs, the regular season game shouldn't matter. And no matter how big today's game was, it was a final REGULAR season game.

If, again according to the ABC guys, Norte Dame can pass Michigan, despite losing to them in the regular season, why cant their be a rematch.

A little research won't kill you

I was watching "The War at Home" on Fox, it's a pretty funny show, and it's on after "Family Guy"

The main guys daughter, who is a high school senior, got her SAT grade in the mail, she opens it up and is delighted to see that she got an 1860 on her test.

The whole episode, the dad assumes his daughter somehow cheated to get such a good score, and I waited for someone to tell him that she did cheat, but it never happened.

Unless something changed since I took the SAT a perfect score is a 1600, 1850 is impossible. You would think that someone, an actor, writer, proofreader, executive, a grip, somebody would realize this mistake.

Flushed Away

It was "Bring canned food to the Birmingham theaters tonight and see a movie free" night sponsored by some of the local radio stations. So Nat and I left the boy at his cousins house and went on a date.

We had planned on seeing "The Departed", but we were running a bit late, so we ended up seeing the animated movie "Flushed Away", it happened to be the only movie showing at that time. We went in with low expectations, but it was a cute movie. It did look like they took some scenes straight from "America's funniest Video" with some of the characters getting slammed in the crotch multiple times.

HAPPY ELECTION DAY!!

Election day means one thing to me, no more annoying political commercials. For those who pay attention to politics, do these commercials do anything as far as your vote is concerned, or is the point just for name recognition?

Looking back on the commercials, I have to say my favorite one accuses Dick DeVos of making teddy bears for kids....in CHINA!!!! That bastard.

Zero Tolerance Crap

The new NBA rules sucks big time. 'Sheed, who can get pick technicals without the league giving them away. He just scored a bucket, got slapped on the arm - no call, and "gestured" I don't think he even said a word to teh ref - and was slapped with a tech. I've seen a few games this year and lots of players are getting quick stupid T's, except Tim Duncan, I guess he can spread his long arms as as far as he wants and gets away with it, and it ruins the game. There was nothing wrong with how the system was for the past 60 years.

If they are gonna enforce this lame ass rule they should eliminate the 15 fouls and your suspended rule, which is a dumb rule to start with.

Lions

Before the Lions game started teh sideline reporter asked the Lions coach how they planned on containing Vick, he said just keep doing what we've been doing all season long.

A few minutes later they were talking about Jon Kitna, and they mentioned how he had lots of teams that were after him, but he's glad he came to Detroit, and he's having fun.

At least they don't sound like a team that had managed just one win this season

The Lions just ran a standard play for them: 4th and short from the two, they go for it, throw a completion and don't get the first down. Typical Lions
