It's just not right

Iplay basketball on Saturday nights, on an outdoor court, and lights shut off a little before 11:00. Ive requested that they stay on longer, but I'm told that since it's a residential area, all must be quiet by 11.
Last night I woke up around 3:3o AM, saw the last few innings of the tigers game, and got back into bed around 4:00. As I was laying in bed, I heard the "callto prayer"music from some neighboing village. This isn't the first time I've heard this noise, sometimes it wakes Jonah up and he wants to know what it is, but I digress, the point is, if I have to stop playing a nice quiet game of basketball by 11:00, shouldn;t there be some noise restriction on the loud music coming from the villages.
FYI - I know that it's not a legit comparision because the city of Ariel doesn't control the noise level of the Arabs, but this what I was thinking last night

On a side note, if I was an Arab and lived near the Minneret and every night that noise woke up my kids, I'd be pissed and probably move.
