Octopus or Quadopus

Last time I checked an octopus has 8 tentacles. Hence the OCTO in the name. So imagine my surprise when I was looking at a picture book with Jonah, called Curious George visits the Aquarium, and they had a picture of what they claimed to be an octopus, except it only had 4 legs. Would it have been that difficult for the artist to draw in a couple more tentacles? Or call the squid what it is - A Quadopus.

The next time I see a monkey walking around the zoo, I will make sure to tell him that octopi have eight tentacles.

I’m sure that someone had mentioned to you at some point in your life that the content of the childrens books you keep commenting on are a work of fiction. Do we need to sit down and have a chat about the tooth fairy?

Do the endangered Quadopi hibernate in the winter shu?
