Weird
We took Sammy to a pediatric orthopedic surgeon about his tushy. While we were there we noticed a sign a the garbage can it said something along lines of..Show concern for your fellow ma, please don't throw diapers in the garbage. You brought here, you can take it home with you.
This wasn't a joke, we had to change Sammy, the surgeon had to leave the room, and when left we had to ask teh receptionist for a bag so we can toss the diaper somewhere outside the office.

In case you're wondering about Sammy, he seems fine, the doc wants to see him 6 weeks to see if teh issue cleared up or if he needs a small procedure, but that isn't the point of thsi post

sorry - i dont know why my comments sometimes show up twice... and, as a side, i do think it's strange that they wont let you throw diapers in their garbage cans. gimme a break...
Huh? Maybe, they're trying to ward off the smell factor?
O.C. THEY ARE TRYING TO WARD OFF THE SMELL, BUT AS A DOCTOR SPECIFICALLY FOR KIDS THEY SHOULD HAVE A DIAPER GENIE OR SOMEPLACE TO THROW DIAPERS.
MRS AP - I THINK HE WAS AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON, HE COULD HAVE BEEN SOME OTHER PEDATRIC SURGEON.
